Elphi is a family safety app. We collect only the information necessary to provide the service. We do not sell your data, display advertising, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Elphi's text messages are strictly opt-in. Each user enables them inside the Elphi iOS app (Settings → Text Message Reminders) by entering their own mobile number and checking a consent box. Consent is never collected on someone else's behalf. See how SMS opt-in works.
If you opt in, Elphi sends reminder and escalation text messages to the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for assistance. You can also turn texts off inside the app at any time, which stops all messages immediately.
SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
