"We will never sell your data. Ever."
Elphi ("we," "our," or "the app") is a family safety app that helps people remember critical items using triggered checklists and family accountability workflows. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
Elphi is a reminder and checklist application. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Elphi does not provide medical advice.
While Elphi may help remind you about prescription medications or medical items, it is not a substitute for professional medical guidance or emergency services. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.
You are solely responsible for the content you enter into Elphi, including checklist names, item names, and any personal information you choose to include. We strongly recommend that you:
Elphi is not responsible for any personal, medical, or sensitive information you choose to enter into the app.
Account Information — When you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple ID and, if you choose to share it, your email address. This is used solely for authentication and account management.
Checklists and App Data — The checklists, items, and tasks you create are stored securely in our cloud infrastructure. This enables family coordination and notifications across family members you have designated.
Family Membership — When you invite family members or join a family group, we store membership associations and the relationships between family accounts.
Completion Records — When a family member confirms completion of a checklist, that confirmation — who confirmed and when — is stored securely and made visible to the family members you have designated.
Push Notification Tokens (FCM) — We collect a Firebase Cloud Messaging token for each device. This is used solely to deliver push notifications to your device. It is not used for advertising or shared with third parties.
Bluetooth Device Names — If you use Bluetooth-triggered reminders, Elphi detects when your phone connects to a Bluetooth device such as your car. Device names are stored locally on your device only and are never transmitted to our servers.
Location Data — The current version of Elphi does not collect location data. Future versions may offer optional geofence-based triggers. These features will be clearly labeled as optional, will require explicit permission, and will process location data on your device whenever possible.
Crash Reports — If the app crashes, we collect diagnostic information through Firebase Crashlytics to improve app stability. This data does not include your checklist content or personal information by default.
Analytics — We use Firebase Analytics to understand general usage patterns. Data is aggregated and does not identify individual users or build personal profiles.
We use collected information to:
We do not use your information to sell to third parties, display advertisements, build marketing profiles, or share with data brokers.
Elphi's family features are designed to keep designated family members informed. When you use these features, completion status and checklist names are visible only to the family members you have explicitly designated. You control who is in your family group and who sees what. No data is shared outside your family group without your explicit action.
